FFRGOC Board Meetings for 2025

We just finished our calendar year 2025 Board meetings and getting ready for our January 24, 2026 swearing in of the new Board Officers.

Attached below is the letterhead template for 2024-2025 for our Board listing key people in our organization.

What makes the organization functions well is the cohesiveness and effective direction by making key decisions and ensuring accountability.

Proud to say our leaders headed by President Helen Alonso, the meetings were run well and respected participants' time and encouraged clear communication that led to actionable outcomes and successful events for 2025.

Any lessons learned from the past events were discussed and made a point to improve in the future.

The following guidelines were followed:

• Clear objectives were set before the meeting;

• Prepared a focused agenda;

• Encouraged active participation and balanced dialogue despite differences of opinions;

• Used technology to enhance efficiency;

• Assigned roles were used to streamline the meetings;

• Focused on decision-making and action items;

• Followed up with clear minutes and accountability and if anything missed or misinterpreted corrections were made;

• Managed meeting length and frequency;

• Encouraged everyone to build a culture of respect and trust despite differences of personalities;

• Used examples to illustrate points and

• Meeting venues were announced later or during the meetings either verbally or website or emails or combinations.

FFRGOC board meetings took place in different venues during 2025:

8. Eighth Board Meeting - August 31, 2025

9. Ninth Board Meeting - September 28, 2025

10. Election Day - November 16, 2025

11. Tenth Board Meeting - November 30, 2025

12. Twelfth Board Meeting - December 21, 2025

Due to confidentiality of what are usually discussed during the board meetings, minutes were only distributed to the Board officers.
