We invite everyone, our Catholic Community, especially our FFRGOC members and officers and families and friends to join us on our yearly retreat to reboot and strengthen ourselves spiritually by praying and listening to good messages or vibes as the young generation calls it, for this coming Easter. The President of FFRGOC Choir, Glenn Puzon and his wife, Mary Ann Puzon are both members of St. Nicholas Church Choir which consists of 26 members and out of these 26 members, 10 members are FFRGOC choir and the group went to Italy for pilgrimage. On a yearly basis FFRGOC has a lenten retreat for our officers, members and their guests who were interested in setting aside a time for God. Lenten Retreat for Catholics is the time to prepare for Easter. It is the time to pray and listen more to God by reflecting and aligning ourselves in our thoughts and listening in to the spiritual retreat master, Father Angelos Sebastian.

Mary Ann Puzon, FFRGOC First Vice President at St. Nicholas Church FFRGOC has been doing this devotion of praying the novena and having a mass in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary every First Saturday of the Month usually from October to June sponsored by the South Chapter at St. Nicholas Church in Laguna Hills, CA.
