On a yearly basis FFRGOC has a lenten retreat for our officers, members and their guests who were interested in setting aside a time for God.
Lenten Retreat for Catholics is the time to prepare for Easter. It is the time to pray and listen more to God by reflecting and aligning ourselves in our thoughts and listening in to the spiritual retreat master, Father Angelos Sebastian.
