It has been quite hectic for me finishing this blog due to my other responsibilities.
So I am finishing this blog and get you updated what FFRGOC members and officers prepared for the Lenten season.
Shown below was the Annual Retreat Program Schedule including time and location, fee and speaker's name and background. This flyer was sent earlier to all the Board of Directors officers and chapter directors to invite their families and friends.

Thanks to Fely Claudio, our Director for Public Relations, who provided us a brief and short summary of the retreat and with pictures to boot.
Here is the Youtube video of the Holy Mass captured by La Purisima Catholic Church but before the Holy Mass we started praying the Stations of the Cross.
Just a note, the following video could be taken out by the owner, La Purisima Catholic Church to give room for more videos in the future so watching the video will be on a limited time.

La Purisima Church
Below is the shortened prayer and song book for the Stations of the Cross and the songs were sang during the Holy Mass. Our renowned FFRGOC choir , who performed on different organizations and churches, sang beautiful songs before and during the mass in different Filipino dialects and English language. And what a treat!
The deacon is also a brother of one of our FFRGOC past officer and great supporter, Bert Mones and his wife Cynthia Mones.

Below are some (not all) pictures that will give us idea how the event took place. More pictures and details are shown on the short summary written by Fely Claudio.

Father Juan Caboboy, FFRGOC Spiritual Advisor was preparing for the Holy Mass

Start of the mass

Bread and water brought to the altar by husband, Ely Ruiz, Seminarian Director and wife, Evelyn Ruiz, current FFRGOC President
It was indeed a period for us to be penitent, do self- examination and prepare for Jesus resurrection by fasting, praying and giving up something and also alms giving as taught to us by our parents and schools.
Thanks for reading our post.
